DFEi graduate of Computer Science is awarded Google scholarship
Congratulations to Rachel Ring who has been awarded a Google scholarship for women in computer science. Rachel will join a community of over 2,600 Google scholarship recipients from around the world who have demonstrated a passion for technology, academic excellence, and have proven themselves as role models. We can’t wait to see how these students continue to shape the future of computer science and technology.

DFEi graduate Rachel Byrne invited to speak at the Seeds For The Future Conference
A fantastic achievement for Rachel Byrne, class of 2019. On June 29th she will speak speak at an international conference titled “Where Nature Meets Technology” and will share a panel with the world-renowned conservationist and UN Messenger of Peace Dr. Jane Goodall, DBE. DFEi Creative Digital Media Production student, Daniel Byrne, wins a National Student Media Award.
Daniel's reality/sitcom production "Life In Lockdown" won the "Television Production category" in the National Student Media Awards (SMedias). Winners were announced on June 2nd. Fantastic achievement.
