Congratulations to both Jack Lynch  and Declan Barrett for their achievement in the Worldskills 2020 Competition which was held in Russia. 

Jack Lynch who trained under Declan Barrett this summer in DFEi has won a medallion of excellence in the Cabinetmaking competition at WorldSkills 2019 in Kazan, Russia. Additionally, Declan Barrett has been elected as Deputy Chief Examiner of the WorldSkills International competition for WorldSkills 2021. All in all, Team Ireland placed 10th out of 60 countries. The team won four Gold medals, 1 bronze medal and 7 medallions of excellence.
