Congratulations to second year Journalism students Niall Byrne and Sian Long, who will be progressing to second year of the Degree in Journalism at DIT as part of the Advanced Entry link between DFEi and DIT. Both students are delighted. "It is great to see this link benefit our Journalism students," said Gemma Cox, Coordinator for Journalism. "Both students worked hard and really deserve this success."

Students from LEVEL 6 Health Supervisory management hosted a Health promotion event for members of the Age Action group in Rathmines. The title of the presentation was Safe Living and covered topics such as safety with medication, road and personal security and fire safety in the home. A very informative session and a great opportunity to get out into the community to spread the word of how to live long and well.

A great night was had last Friday where DFEi Music Production students and friends showcased their music. Special thanks to Patrick Wall for organising the event all the performers.
